Welcome to Liverpool Help4Me
Welcome to Help4Me! We aim to help you find the services you need where you need them. Our searches are powered by Google so simply type in some words describing the service and the place you need it. If you get too many results then add some more words to your search to refine it. If you like, you can also pick an area to help your search along.
Our vision is for all children and young people to have positive and safe life experiences leading to a successful transition to adulthood by fulfilling their full potential. Children and young people in Liverpool will be supported at the earliest possible point to prevent escalation of problems and difficulties. Once the identified need is addressed and services are no longer required, transition to mainstream services will be in a timely and planned manner. Children, young people and their parents / carers will participate in decisions regarding services they receive, and will be consulted regarding wider service planning. Partners across the Children’s Trust arrangements including Schools, Children’s Services, Primary Care Trust, Police and the Third / Voluntary Sector will ensure a flexible integrated approach that promotes respect, diversity and equality of access so children and young people get the services they need when they need them.
