Welcome to the Liverpool Early Help Directory

The Liverpool Early Help Directory allows anyone to search for services available in Liverpool quickly and simply. You can search the directory by category or if you are looking for a specific service or organisation you can use the ‘Find a service’ and/or the ‘Location’ search.

Liverpool's Early Help Directory, also known as the Family Services Directory, provides a wealth of information about local services available to children, young people and families across Liverpool.

Providing Early Help to families is key to preventing needs from escalating into more serious concerns. Good co ordination of Early Help can support families in becoming more resilient for the future.

Support needs can be very simple or more complex; sometimes requiring one or more agencies working together to provide the help required. Each service within the Directory will provide details of how to access, who to contact, and how the service links to Liverpool's Level of Need framework.

Finding information for you or your family can sometimes be very difficult.  Whether you are a young person, parent, grandparent, carer or practitioner supporting a family you will find what you need here.

If you wish to speak to someone for help with finding a service call free on the number below, the line is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
