How to make complaint, representation or give a compliment about our services
You can use this service to make a complaint, a representation or give a compliment about any aspect of Children's Social Care. It is important that we hear what you have to say in order for us to improve our services to children, young people and their familiess. We can support you to make a complaint through our advocacy services and in partnership with the Children's Rights and Participation Team. We can offer an informal support service towards resolution.
