Victim Care

This website is funded by Merseyside's Police and Crime Commissioner, Jane Kennedy, to provide a comprehensive and dedicated support website for victims of crime on Merseyside.

It is supported by Merseyside Police and a host of community safety and criminal justice organisations and charities, all of which are committed to providing help and support for victims. It includes the five Local Authorities and each of their Community Safety Partnerships.

This website is designed to act as an 'information portal' offering advice and guidance, as well as the details of the many support organisations which can provide help, information and a range of other associated services that would help you to cope and recover in the aftermath of a crime.

It has been created so you can find support organisations according to the type of crime you have been affected by and also by geographical area to make it as easy as possible to find the right service to help you. You can also search the entire directory.

If you need more support please use the Contact facility to be put directly in touch with Victim Support.

Please note, you cannot use this website to report a crime. If you wish to report a crime, you should always call 999 in an emergency. In all other circumstances please call 101.
