Angela's Tai Chi School
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Philosophy/Art that uses exercise and meditation to improve the health of the mind, body and spirit.
Tai Chi is practised all around the world. Those who do Tai Chi find it relaxing and meditative. People I have taught have reported such benefits as improved blood pressure, improvement in sleeping, reduction of pain in conditions such as arthritis, general health and wellbeing, improved immune system and relief from back and neck problems.
Currently due to Covid 19 classes are being held on Zoom. There are sessions on there that are suitable for beginners and if you are interested in accessing an online session please email me or phone me.
I will be running some Zoom taster sessions on the 28th and 29th September for free. If you would like the details please email me and I will send out the class options and zoom link via email. If after that you wish to book a place on a regular zoom session then details will be available during the taster session.
I am planning to reintroduce face to face sessions after October half term. Please email if you wish to be put on the mailing list for updates.
