Barton Day Nurseries Limited (HC)

We are an established nursery and forest school with close links to Aintree Hospital, Walton Neurocentre and Fazakerly Railway Station.

Our wraparound service provides childcare for children aged 0-8 years, with funding offered between the ages of 2-4.

Designed with busy parents in mind, we open our doors from 7am to 6pm, with daily Breakfast, Afterschool and seasonal Holiday clubs for children up to the age of 8 – so you can rest assured that your child is in safe hands when you’re at work.

Our on-site forest school is right here at the nursery, making us one of a small number of settings in Merseyside who can provide this unique experience. Forest school enables your young child to understand more about nature in a safe and explorative environment that’s been proven to develop confidence and self-esteem through its hands-on learning approach.

The nursey has a total of six rooms to help your child to thrive in a stimulating setting to match their stage of development. Your child will begin their journey in the Yellow Room and will work their way through to Orange and Green before reaching the Purple or Blue room at pre-school age.

Each room is designed to ensure your child has access to as much as possible before starting full-time school and our EYFS-qualified teacher means your child needn’t leave our familiar surroundings until it’s time to take the big step into school. 

At meal times, our qualified chef will make sure your little one’s tummy is always full with a range of meals including vegetarian, vegan and every other dietary requirement you should require.
