Voice for Change Domestic Violence Support

Subject to an Initial Discussion, we offer practical and emotional support for male/female/LGBTQ+ victims/survivors of domestic abuse , whether past or present. We also offer support to parents or carers affected where there is conflict and sometimes to other persons.
A free 15 to 20 week Domestic Abuse Raising Awareness Course for females, which is held on a Tuesday.
Practical/emotional support for perpetrators. A 15 to 20 week One to One Anger Management/Domestic Abuse Awareness Course for males, held on a Thursday.
A 15/20 week domestic abuse awareness course for male victims, held on a Wednesday.
Emotional support via Counselling. We provide Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Counselling or Psychodynamic Counselling free of charge.
We have a social worker who is able to represent the agency in meetings and encourage involvement 0f parents and others. He is also able to see persons in the agency about matters involving Children's Services and issues where the Family Court is involved. Legal advice can be arranged via a local solicitor.

15 - 20 week 1-to-1 Anger Management/Domestic Abuse Awareness Course for men.
Individuals can self refer or be referred by an agency via our email address voice4change@msn.com or by phone on 0151 345 0174 or 0151 345 8499.
The Men's course is held on a Wednesday and Thursday only, but arrangements may be reviewed from time to time. Course participants will be allocated an appointment time in which to attend.

Currently, the Women's Course is held on a Tuesday only, but arrangements may be reviewed from time to time.
