Nurture Programme - Parenting Course

The Nurturing Programme aims to help adults understand and manage feelings and behaviour and become more positive and nurturing in their relationships with children and each other. It encourages an approach to relationships that gives children and adults an emotionally healthy start for their lives and learning.

Creche may be provided to children under 5.

The Nurturing Programme Four Constructs

As the building blocks of emotional health and relationship skills, the Nurturing Programme uses the Four Constructs:

1. Self-awareness
2. Appropriate expectations
3. Positive discipline
4. Empathy

The next course will begin in April 2023. 

We will be holding an informal coffee morning on Wednesday 19th April- with information on the course, which will begin on Wednesday 26th April 2023.
