One You- health and wellbeing

OneYou! is a Health and Happiness Program which has been designed to help people not just survive through these challenging times, but THRIVE. During the program we will be looking at various wellbeing topics, which have been proven to have a major impact on people’s overall physical and mental health.

Due to Covid-19 and social distancing the sessions will be delivered on Zoom. In addition to the weekly group learning, each participant will also have access to a personal One You! mentor for one to one support and coaching.


The topics we are covering are:

Healthy You - Lifestyle/diet/sleep/exercise/choices

Happy You - Cultivating a positive, growth-mindset

Calm You - Self-regulation through mindfulness, meditation and yoga

Resilient You - Developing resilience and grit

Future You - Goal setting and planning/visualisation
