Tiny Tasters (Vauxhall Children's Centre)

Six weekly sessions to support the promotion of healthy eating, independence and social, communication and active skills. Children and adults will participate in a food preparation and arts and crafts activity each week, role play, song and rhyme and a home activity. Sessions will promote physical and mental health including nutritional recommendations and dental health and exercise.
