Whitechapel Centre: Resettlement Service

Our Resettlement service works with people who are homeless or inadequately housed to help them find and keep accommodation.
Each service user has a Support Worker who helps them find and move into suitable accommodation and then manage that accommodation.
Support is provided for a period of 3 months (longer in special circumstances).
Who can use this service?
We provide resettlement support for people:
* Aged 16 and over
* In housing need

Support is provided through agreed visits on a working day (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and at the weekend where there is a particular need.
Your support worker will visit you in your home or at an agreed venue
