At Runnymede, we understand the demands on our parents’ time and so we operate a wrap-around service both before and after school. Breakfast Club and Aftercare is available to all children at Runnymede.

Runnymede St Edward’s Catholic Primary School is an inclusive school who caters for children with a range of Special Educational Needs. A child with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities at Runnymede will have a Pupil Profile which sets out targets and looks at what additional provision can be put in place. The Pupil Profile is written with our children and families to ensure that a holistic picture of need is identified and targets are set out together. The content of the Pupil Profiles have a focus on the process of ‘Assess, Plan, Do and Review.’ This is a continual cycle in which staff look at any needs and act on these accordingly so that the best possible provision can be put in place. We as a school believe that all behaviour is communication and endeavour to build a shared understanding of this alongside children, parents and carers.
